Hey there, my name is Alison Barry, and I'm here today because I want to share with you something that I call “The Secret To Yogi Superpower Strength"

This is my training program on how to become a yogi and build superpower strength.

But before I give you access to this training, I want to give you a little insight into how this all came about...

So this is NOT something that I just clicked my fingers and produced and then crossed my fingers and hoped that it would work.

I have spent OVER 15 years practising, iterating and teaching the framework behind this training in my own business and life.

So from the beginning...

15 years ago, I tried my first yoga class at the gym. I was already pretty fit and healthy, and regularly working out at the gym, spin, body pump, running etc. So naturally I assumed “my first yoga class will be easy right”… 

Boy was I wrong…

the first 5 minutes of class were OK, I kept up
but for the rest I was frustrated, awkward and embarrassed looking, wondering "why was this so difficult" and 'how the hell did everyone else know what to do'?
At the end of that class, to this day, I still remember what happened...

I left that room and in my head I was thinking "I am never going to do that again"...

But as I went about the rest of my day and week, I felt something I hadn't felt in a very long time...

I felt lighter, stronger, clearer and more happy than I had in years..

And from that day my life changed FOREVER...

Week One:

No time to waste! You can get right into it and start delving into the History of Sun A & Vinyasa. We look at the sequence, understand the alignment of this heat based practise.

From there we will work daily through the first week with our Mastery Tutorials of the cornerstone practise. I am talking about Tadasana, High Plank, Chaturanga and Downward Facing Dog. We will get on the mat and teach you how to modify your practise or step it up if you want more :)

Week Two:

Now we have mastered your alignment through the Vinyasa & Sun A, we will put this all into practise. 15 minutes a day is all you need. And can I say expect to sweat. these mini classes are designed to build upper body strength and work your core front to back so that you can start moving on the mat with effort and ease. 

So repetition is the key here. It is SO important so go over your alignment and repeat classes and hear the cues so that you can truly master this practise long term.

Week Three:

Ok, here we start to ramp it up. Onto our Building Into Strength Class to get you ready for your Yoga Superpower Strength class. This is practise is designed to test you limits and help you feel stronger, lighter

The next day as I stepped foot into the gym...

"I turned left instead of right, and walked back into that yoga room again"

Was I completely crazy? Yoga is for Bendy & Flexi people right?  Just a whole lot of laying around on the mat and a whole lot of "yawns". and "stretches"..

There was this nagging voice in my head... "Are you getting soft?" I mean maybe I was just tired and needed to have a bit of a break from the gym. Maybe I was coming down with something, run down. there must be a reason why I don't feel like doing spin, or running...

"Was I getting weak?"

Boy was I wrong...

Then and there I realised something...
There was a 'Secret' that no one was talking about ...

As I finished that second class, I sat there bewildered. What the hell was this? I felt absolutely incredible. I hadn't felt like this for years. I felt like I had grown a couple of inches. I felt like my old self...

 I felt more at ease, less stressed, not only my body, but my mind... 

For the first time in years I had put a stop to the endless thoughts and monkey mind and the needless chitter chatter AND...

All the pain in my body had gone away!

But the strength. There was an inner strength. A discipline that was required to be in the room. To not talk. To focus on my movement and breath. To stay in the pose. To keep my eye gaze fixed and focussed. The repetition of the movement. The rhythm. The flow. The Sweat.

But the thing is that I LOVE working out. I love feeling like I have done physical exercise and the biggest thing that I learnt from that class is...

This style of yoga is unlike anything...

This Was A Strength Based Practise!

So I booked into another class, and another and soon I was practising 3 times a week. 

I was Hooked, but more than that I was inspired. I felt AMAZING!


But I'll be honest with you, it was really hard. I found the movements quick, the sequences hard to follow, and I kept having to look around the room to follow along. I struggled along that way for years...

I didn't know any better...

It wasn't until a year later of regular practise that I realised I was doing the whole thing wrong. The bit that I was missing was understanding how to master a Sun A or Vinyasa properly, using my whole body with intelligent strength. 

You see the Sun A or Vinyasa part of the class is actually the secret to mastering power yoga. If you can perfect Sun A with strength and ease, the rest of the practise just falls into place. 

From that day on I worked purposely, methodically using specific strategies on mastering Sun A. I focused on adjusting my practising using full body strength, working my alignment, until it all just worked.
