It wasn't until a year later of regular practise that I realised
I was doing the whole thing wrong. The bit that I was missing was understanding
how to master a Sun A or Vinyasa properly, using my whole body with intelligent strength.
You see the Sun A or Vinyasa part of the class is actually the secret to mastering power yoga. If you can perfect Sun A with strength and ease, the rest of the practise just falls into place.
From that day on I worked purposely, methodically using specific strategies on mastering Sun A. I focused on adjusting my practising using full body strength, working my alignment, until it all just worked.
